Interview Tips and experience .

Here , I have listed some of the points which can be followed before attending interviews. These are the basic practices which i wrote from my own experience .

The best way to prepare for an interview has three phase.

* Preparation

* Practice

* Execution

-> Initially, before attending interview one need to be very well strong in a particular domain/area .
-> In case of preparation , one need to prepare them self for written test .

General Interview rounds conducted in companies :

* Written test ---- General, Technical
* Group Discussion ---- General , JAM(Just A Minute talk)
* Technical Interview ---- Technical HR(one to one)
* Personal Interview ---- HR round .
